Reframe, Inc. ("Reframe", "we", "us") is headquartered in New York, NY. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our website at thereframe.ai (the "Site"), including pages where you request a demo or briefing, read our writing, or contact us.

This policy covers the Site, not the Reframe platform. Customer content processed inside a Reframe deployment runs in a dedicated environment governed by the applicable customer agreement, and we do not use customer content to train shared models. This page is about the marketing site you are reading now.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request a demo or briefing, email us, or otherwise reach out, we collect what you choose to share: typically your name, work email address, firm or organization, role, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers collect certain technical information when you visit the Site:

• Pages viewed, time on page, and the page that referred you

We honor valid requests under the laws that apply to you, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe path. Opting out of marketing does not affect messages we need to send about a request you have made.

9. International visitors

Reframe operates from the United States, and information collected through the Site is processed in the United States. Where the law requires a lawful transfer mechanism for information originating elsewhere, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Children

The Site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
